Mr. Baraka's presence and style with audiences was outstanding. I would be proud to recommend him to speak at any university. He was insightful, informative, very well versed and experienced in the writing life, and generous with his time.

You were very helpful in navigating through the various hands involved in this endeavor. Would definitely look forward to working with you again.

Amiri Baraka enthralled a discerning and captive London audience with powerful performance and an alert and playful manner in engaging with the audience. He was warm and responsive to a range of questions covering his artistic and creative processes, his range of writing and his cultural activism over the years. This show as part of Tilt’s Something I Said? spoken word festival was one of the literary highlights of the year!

Celeste,
Saturday's event was awesome. It was truly just in time and what I needed to get me started in moving upward from the pit I've been feeling for some time now. It's been truly challenging over the past few years. I got a lot of good inspiration and information from your event and so glad I pushed to get there. I will be following through with a few contacts made on Saturday, having found them a God-sent blessing. Thanks again, Celeste. I look forward to a follow-up of Saturday's group.

Debbie and I both had an absolutely delightful time on Saturday. You really outdid yourself ! The line-up of speakers were second to none. The food was great, the vendors had good things to offer, not to mention the massage! You just gotta do it again!!!

Big KUDOS to you,
The Health Seminar was very informative and enjoyable. The food was scrumptious (Diane always cooks her but off). I am so glad I was able to stay for the afternoon session with Dr. Blair. Looking forward to the next one. My new motto: We are what we eat, drink and think! Thanks for extending the invitation.
